All teachers in the Ash Grove School District will engage in high quality professional development (PD). High quality PD is collaborative in nature, is focused on continuous improvement of student learning - staff learning, and is ongoing and job-embedded.

Steps

Teachers across grade levels, content areas & schools will:

Develop an understanding of academic rigor.

Collaborate about and develop evidence based models of instructional practices.

Engage in a common practice of continuous improvement.
